Year 7 Computer Science Summary

During Year 7 students will complete a mixture of ICT and Computer Science based tasks to help develop their learning from Year 6.  

In the ICT related tasks it is expected that students will get to grips with some of the software packages used cross the curriculum to help prepare them for future tasks in different subjects around the school.

In the computer science related tasks it is expected that a solid foundation of hardware and software and some key programming terminology and practical experience will develop their knowledge in preparation for Year 8 and beyond.
